We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order — no questions asked.

Whether the item is:

• worn

• unused

• not your style

• not the right fit

• damaged or defective

—we will still accept the return and make it right.

Once your return is approved and the item is handed to the carrier, we initiate your refund right away.

How to Start a Return

2. Provide your order number and item(s) you want to return

3. We’ll send you the return instructions

4. Ship the item back using the provided details

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us immediately.
We’ll replace it or refund it — whichever you prefer.

Non-Returnable Items (For Safety)

For hygiene reasons, accessories like earrings or intimate items (if sold in the future) cannot be returned.
Everything else is eligible.

Late or Missing Refunds
