We carefully inspect and package every order to ensure quality.

Processing Time:

  • 1–3 business days normally

  • 4–6 business days during peak holiday periods

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.

United States: 6–10 business days
Canada: 6–10 business days
United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
Australia: 7–12 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
Rest of World: 10–18 business days

Tracking Your Order

All orders come with real-time tracking.

You can track your package anytime via our Track Order page.

If your tracking shows no movement in the first 24–48 hours, this is normal while carriers update their system.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Customer satisfaction is our priority. However, once a package is shipped, the delivery responsibility is shared with the carrier.

If your order seems:

  • Delayed — we help contact the carrier

  • Lost in transit — we investigate and resolve it

  • Marked delivered but missing — we ask customers to check safe locations first

For suspicious or fraudulent claims, Off-Culture reserves the right to request:

  • Identification

  • Proof of non-delivery

  • Additional verification

This ensures fairness and protects all genuine customers.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your address is filled out accurately.
We are not responsible for deliveries that fail due to:

  • Wrong or incomplete address

  • Missing apartment/suite number

  • Customer unavailability

If a package returns to us, we can reship it after verifying the correct details.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Some countries may apply VAT or customs duties.
These fees are the responsibility of the Off-Culture Tradition.

We cannot control or waive these charges.


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled only within 2 hours of placing the order.
After processing begins, cancellations are not guaranteed.
